It was amazing stay.. For all those who are looking for relaxed and peaceful vacation with an amazing caravan stay then I would definitely recommend this place. Place is maintained very nicely by Rob & his wife, and they were personally present at a time of check-in and check-out to make things very easy for us. Well equipped kitchen, cleaned rooms and bathroom which made our stay pleasant. For sure in future also when I wish to come for this kind of vacation, I will choose this place only and will recommend it to my friends and family also. **I must say, if you haven't tried this place then do atleast once** Thank you.

We’ve just had a fantastic weekend at this caravan - Would highly recommend staying here. Everything about the caravan is perfect & 100% like the photos & description. Bob & Gill are excellent hosts who were happy to help with all our questions. Spotlessly clean & tidy. We’ll definitely be back 👍

I do not think you will find a better host than Robert. He was absolutely amazing right from the start, responded to my queries straight away. He along with his partner welcomed us at check-in and also gave us a little tour of the place! They even left us a welcome card which was a lovely gesture! Robert was ever so kind and allowed us to check-in early and check-out a bit later than usual. Overall, my stay here was 10/10 and I would highly recommend others to stay here, you will not find more friendly and welcoming hosts like Robert and his partner. Definitely coming back here again!!

Our stay was amazing! From booking until checking out, everything was perfect. The caravan was spotless, brand new, perfectly located and the owners went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. 5 minutes drive from clacton but also lovely and quiet. An excellent location for visiting all of the local beaches/attractions. Caravan is located in a quiet spot on the site so if you prefer to have a calmer evening away from the club house this is a great choice. (Still within walking distance of the amenities). Lovely handbook given on check in with the local attractions/best places to eat and take aways - so helpful. Worth every penny and we will absolutely be coming back to stay! Thank you both
