Nestled in an idyllic and quiet neighborhood, this split-level home is more than conveniently located to all things iconic to Asheville with the Urban District of Downtown (3.75 miles away), the entrance of the Biltmore Estate (2.43), and with the closest Blue Ridge Parkway access a mere 2 miles away!!! This lovely home is dog friendly! Dogs are allowed at this home with a maximum of 2. We do need to approve them before your stay. The dogs must be well trained with current vaccinations, flea and Heartworm medications, and be crated if left alone in the house. They are not allowed on any of the furniture at any time. The pet fee is non-refundable and is $125.00. If any damages from your pet should occur, we reserve the right to charge extra cleaning fees or damage charges if there are damages from the pet or the guests.
