The place was as advertised. Great location right next to public transportation. Bed was comfortable, but no selection of pillows except for hard memory foams. I went out and bought a new softer pillow. The smell of febreeze and dryer sheets was very noticeable. Anyone with allergies would find this very annoying. The bed linens were cheap polyester and not very comfortable.

Yasmin was very responsive and flexible on check-in. I had to come very early and I was able to get in the airbnb much earlier than the usual check-in. All that with a nice welcome package! She was very quick to respond and provided some tips for a better experience :) She was also very detailed in her instructions which made the check-in a breeze. Definitely recommend her place. You get a nice view of the sunrise and all utilities are available as well.

Yasmin is a very responsive and considerate host. The place is cozy and clean. Lots of restaurant to eat sorrounding the area and very accessible by public transit especially the subway connected to the building!
