We stayed at this house right on the shore of Lake Champlain for the April 2024 eclipse. It turned out to be the perfect spot. Not only did we have a front row view of the celestial action going on above the lake in but the property itself was unique. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms and a large kitchen, it is a special vacation property. Beds were comfortable, rooms extremely quiet. Amenities were not "high-end luxury," but everything was clean, practical and well maintained. We loved sharing meals with our friends around the enormous dining room table, reading in the sunny upstairs living room with a stunning view, and enjoying a lakeside fire in the fireplace at night. There's an excellent walking / running trail through the neighborhood and adjacent wetlands and park. Highly recommended! Remember to read the (very clear) directions re the microwave and the trash - and bring your own bottled water.

Our stay at the property was good. Beautiful location and lovely view. The host was responsive. I would definitely recommend this place for the view and the location.

Great place! Gorgeous view on the lake. Fantastic property. Private. Just like on the pictures. Clean and well stocked. Great communication. 10/10 recommend.

Everything was fantastic. However, just bring your own water to drink. The water from the faucets had a very unpleasant sulfur smell and taste.

Absolutely fabulous location. 15 minutes from St. Albans. Isolated and worth it for the serenity. There were only 4 of us, so we enjoyed ample room. This vacation spot is designed for large groups and would be ideal for large families or a family reunion. We experienced a couple of hiccups and both the handyman assigned to this property and the owners were immediately responsive. Very kind and gracious.
