Here is the design: Private 2-car garage with electric gate. Barrier-free entrance to the house (so you can easily enter with your luggage and baby strollers!) The 4 bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom and shower) on the same level as the entrance. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed and a sofa that can be opened to become a queen size bed, perfect for parents and their children. The third bedroom has a king bed and a very large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and plenty of room to add a crib (we have one we provide free upon request) Lastly, bedroom 1 has two separate beds, perfect for two adults or two older children. From the entrance level, you take the internal stairs to go to the very spacious open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a bathroom on that level. The windows on the dining/kitchen level open onto a very spacious terrace. Here is our pride and joy: the Weber SX435 barbecue. This is the Ferrari of all barbecues (seriously!) and is large enough to feed 12 people at once, with different grates for different temperatures. From the terrace, external stairs leading to the pool level and sun loungers, with a multitude of sun loungers including a very comfortable round lounger that has a large, built-in umbrella. From this level, you take another staircase to the private fruit garden, which includes guava, mango, orange, pomegranate and our beautiful 45+ year old fig tree. The entire house, all bedrooms and even the 4 showers have magnificent views of the sea. No room or area has a better view than another. Wherever you are, the sea takes center stage. There is also a large lemon tree behind the house, it produces the biggest lemons I have ever seen, perfect for those summer mojitos, salads and infusions.
