Super lækkert hus, som vist på billederne. Poolen var 30 grader selv om luften var mellem 15-20. Nok ikke sidste gang vi lejer dette hus

We loved the view. Rooms were very clean and modern. Checking in/out and support was great. Lack of English with local taxis companies let us down. We used local buses which were cheap and efficient but my 80yr old mother struggled with the hill. Aldi and Lidl are a 10 minute bus ride away for 1 euro, on the number 1 circular bus to Almuñécar. Just having to carry shopping up the hill, in the heat was a lot. The pool is sited in a lovely place but needs a lot of attention and is a safety hazard. Wobbly bits of wood, nails sticking up. From the steps to the house, the artifical grass covering the loose wooden planks on the grass, is a hazard and needs to go. Coco on the beach bar, at the bottom of the hill did great pina coladas! Great air conditioning and lovely house.

Lovely property with as lovely a view as shown in the pictures. As mentioned in other posts a challenging walk up and down the hill to get to the beach or the town that would be difficult with young children. Once the hill is navigated the beach and the town of Almuñécar are both a walkable distance. The beach near the house was never too crowded itself but parking at the beach itself could be difficult due to the number of cars. The neighborhood where the house is located is quiet and peaceful, the propery is architecturally interesting and the view really is endlessly captivating. The house and bedrooms comfortably fit our group of six adults and four young children. The kitchen was well appointed and modern, and we cooked and dined in almost every night.

The villa is very suitable if you have children and/or grandchildren with you.

Fantastic property. Lived most of our time in beautiful outside space. We were a group of 10 friends and family with additional 8 guests to celebrate my 60th. I sourced 2 female chefs Paola and Veronica from Smart Food Yanuk. They were super and did tapas, paella and birthday cake. The master bedroom and the Studio bedroom were a great size, other double rooms were snug but adequate. The pool was fab although surrounding wood needs a little love. Overall a fantastic place with a view to die for. My friends were super impressed and we got great use and fun out of the pool. Surrounding beaches disappointing. Restaurant Balcon de Cotobro was great. Carlos was a super efficient host. Hill a serious challenge but we managed it a few times. We did feel that salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar should be there from the start. Most guests will leave a lot behind I know we did. regards Patricia & Werner
