Just returned from a holiday of a lifetime at Rachel’s villa. We felt like A list celebs staying here, yet the price for 2 families was less than we’ve paid for a few days at Centre Parcs! Rachel was helpful & proactive throughout the pre arrival & during our stay. Any slight issues were dealt with immediately. We couldn’t believe how incredible the views over the bay were - photos don’t do it justice. Our highlights were: meals on the terrace, star gazing over the bay at night, walking down the rocks for a dip & a snorkel, walking 10 mins to the beautiful town for tapas, fresh bread & all supplies, excellent dinners at the local restaurants (every time under €140 for seven of us!!), hiring kayaks from the beach & visiting caves, watching the divers day & night off the rocks, watching the ganets catching their fish, dipping in the pool, meeting the friendly locals. This is definitely a side of the Costas we have never seen before & can’t WAIT to stay at this fabulous villa again ASAP!

We'd absolutely stay here again. We like to cook for ourselves so walking to the markets in town made it so easy. We also like to take day trips and go for scenic drives within a few hours so the location served as a good base. Mostly this trip was about reading books and enjoying the beauty around us with the sound of the ocean. Sometimes it's nice to just chill by the pool with nothing else to do but relax.

We had a very lovely time in this house. Rachel was a great host and even she was not there, everything was perfectly organized. We were extremely lucky with the weather and even enjoyed the pool and the sea at this time of the year. The small town was not very busy this time of the year but there were still many restaurants open during the day. At night we enjoyed the barbecue at the house or the kitchen. It gets quite chilly but there is blankets in the house. All in all - I would highly recommend you this house. We were working from Spain and the internet / wifi was not strong enough for video calls. But we had very good mobile data reception so it worked out perfectly with a hot spot from the phone.

Das Haus und dessen Lage ist wirklich eine Klasse für sich! Es besticht durch seine Lage. Den ganzen Tag draußen zu sein mit dem Blick auf das Meer, die tolle Soundkulisse, der eigene Zugang über den "Geheimweg" zum Meer: einzigartig! Der Strand ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Mappe im Haus mit vielen Erklärungen sollte man sich auf jeden Fall durchlesen, denn dort verbergen sich viele Tipps bzgl. der Unterkunft und der näheren Umgebung inkl. Restaurantempfehlungen. Die Sauberkeit könnte ein wenig verbessert werden: leichter Schimmel in den Bädern, komische Gerüche im hinteren Gebäudeteil und manchem Küchenschrank. # Urlaub mit Kindern: wir haben unseren Kindern (Alter 3, 4 und 4) am Anfang einmal gezeigt und erklärt, wo die Stellen sind, an denen es wirklich tief heruntergeht und sie theoretisch runterfallen können. Auch wenn sie es augenscheinlich verstanden habe und nichts passiert ist, sollte man immer ein wachsames Auge haben. Wir würden wiederkommen!
