I had a fantastic experience at Kona Farm Barn, so much so that I extended my stay! Kristi went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable & comfortable. She was incredibly friendly/ helpful & responded immediately to any needs we had. The property is new, very clean & had all the amenities we could have hoped for. It was clear that Kristi had put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable property both inside & out. The location was perfect, close to surrounding towns of Moultenborough, Center Harbor & Meredith while also providing a chance to experience the local nature surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee. Most mornings & evenings we were treated to watching deer who came to eat the apples from the trees in the yard. We especially enjoyed one evening as we were sitting around the fire pit & a deer strolled up for an apple or two. Whether we wanted to go out & enjoy the local area or simply relax & unwind, Kona Farm Barn was the perfect base. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

My kids and I loved staying at the Kona Farm Barn for our annual Lake trip. From the outside it looks like any other storage barn, but once you step inside it’s as if you’re entering a new and modern home; It’s a beautiful. Kristi was a wonderful host and I can’t recommend the place enough. Thank you, Kristi!

Experience was 5 star all round in beautifully designed and extremely well appointed barn that has been lovingly renovated by the owner. Includes everything you need in the kitchen, a fully equipped pool room and excellent air conditioning throughout. Feels brand new, quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Over a two week stay, we watched deers pick leaves daily from the fruit trees in the huge backyard, which borders a reserve and enjoyed walks in the forest. Well located with easy access to shops, restaurants and the lake. Host is proactive, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Don't hesitate to book, likely to be one of your best ever airbnb experiences!

Kona barn was absolutely delightful. My children and I came from Alaska and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this rental. The host was very responsive and super helpful. The home itself was spotless and very comfortable. It had all the amenities one could ask for plus additional items like an air fryer (which we used to reheat foods) Bedrooms were airy and cooled from air conditioners. My children enjoyed the added games and pool table which we enjoyed playing every night. In addition to that the property was gorgeous. It was setback from the road near apple trees, and a beautiful green lawn. My kids explored in the woods on the property and nightly we would come home from our adventures and more often than not see deer in the field. We would also wake up and watch them meander. The kitchen was to die for. It was open and provided everything that we needed to make some meals at home. Overall this has to be the cleanest airbnb we have stayed in. Safe, secluded, perfect, it gets 5*s!
