We had a great visit to Indy for the 500 with 7 adults and 2 grandkids. The place was very comfortable and well equiped, especially for the baby and toddler. The neighborhood is very quiet and is convenient to most everything in town. We will book here again for our next visit.

Property is located in a great neighborhood, close to Broad Ripple and Butler University. The home and extra quarters have ample room to host a crew. The kitchen is nicely supplied with cookware, small appliances and island prep space. Danielle's communication and responsiveness is top-shelf. Danielle and Bret's place is a fantastic escape from hotels and provides space to relax, cook and enjoy a cup of coffee on an enclosed back porch. Our family certainly will return when we need a place in Indy. HIGHLY recommend this charming, surprisingly spacious property.

The accommodations were excellent and Danielle was extremely responsive and was able to help with some flexibility upon arrival. Well maintained house and easy area to get around.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Tiny but Mighty and will book again on our next trip to Indy. We came for the 2024 total eclipse. 6 adults and three kids and had a blast. The house was perfect and spacious. The additional tiny house is beautiful. The main house has a wonderful finished basement with a 'card/game room' where the kiddos spent a lot of time. The basement sofa becomes like a trundle type bed that made watching movies fun! We enjoyed the location of the house. 5 minutes to Fresh Market grocery, a short walk to Broad Ripple Park, and a little further down, tons of restaurants like Kilroys, etc. 15 minute drive to the Indianapolis Children's Museum. This house and location is an absolute winner, with an incredible host. Danielle was so responsive and provided great local recommendations. We plan to return to Indy to explore more kid activities and will stay here again! A great experience!
