This place was just okay. The place was very dirty when I arrived; it didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all - stained bedding, hair on the sink and floors, dirty toilet…however, the host was very responsive and was able to clean it up per my request. The place is cute, however, I think it could use some TLC and little bit more kitchenware. I had to buy plastic silverware since I couldn’t find any utensils, as well as a dish sponge, and some more hand soap.

I loved the accommodation! Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. I sat on the porch area Saturday and had breakfast - very nice to sit with the early day sunshine. This will be a favorite place to stay when I need to be in the area.

I was initially excited to find this guesthouse for the price. Walking in, the guesthouse was more spacious than I anticipated and was overall a good setup (living room, kitchen, large bedroom, and bathroom). The walls are thin, so you can hear the TV and some talking, but that is mentioned in the listing and did not bother me at all. The biggest downfall was that the home was not very clean. The floors were not swept or mopped, there are a lot of little trinkets around, and it just needs a some general TLC. In addition, I could not get the shower water very hot, so had to take cold showers. I did not reach out to the host about this, so there may be a trick to the faucet. Overall, I was grateful to have a place to stay, but this place needs a good deep cleaning in my opinion.

The owner is great! proactive, hospital and helpful. The flat was slightly louder than a regular house ( TV upstairs was hearable significantly late at night, it was not a huge problem, but worth taking into account). the living room furniture is not very comfortable (shallow sofa, definitely not for long chillout) , but the mattress in the bedroom is amazing! Since we didn't stay at home for too long - we didn't miss anything, and appreciated the great contact with the owner. We were only unlucky as over the weekend there was a huge, loud party in the neighborhood, that impacted the night waking up our 2y kid.
