Welcome to "Lakeview Living" in Medina. We are opening our beautifully appointed home for a few selective stays. Please reach out with your dates, even if our calendar is blocked. Medina boasts an exclusive collection of beautiful homes. This is your chance to be a local for a week or a month. Our home is 1.5 miles from downtown Bellevue, 1 block from lake front community dock and .8 miles from the darling Kitchen Market and Medina Waterfront Park. Please reach out with the dates you need accommodation in Medina. My husband and I are newly empty nesters who love to travel. We find ourselves "rattling" around in our big house. On our travels we have enjoyed staying in other private homes that are perfectly appointed for guests. I run 2 full time Airbnb's in Oregon, work in interior design, and hold myself accountable to a very high guest experience level. If you are planning a trip to the Seattle area, let me know your dates and we will work to plan our next trip too. We will remove many of our personal things, but will leave just enough to make your stay more enjoyable, like use of our fully stocked pantry and beverage fridge. If you seek light, clean, uncluttered serene spaces, look no further. Our home is both cozy and comfortable for a crowd. Most of the living is on one floor, with the primary bedroom upstairs and a daylight basement below. Walk out the kitchen french doors onto the view side patio. The two additional bedrooms, share a private full bathroom and are on the opposite side of the house for additional privacy. Each bedroom has a desk, and queen bed, 100% cotton bedding, heating and air-conditioning. The daylight basement has 2 twin mattresses with down comforters, and private bathroom for additional guests. Our basement has a 75 inch TV, huge sectional sofa, weights and a peloton bike for your use. This room is very versatile and a great escape for kids to play and watch their own movie. The backyard driveway has a basketball hoop and pickle ball court. We ask that you not play basketball after 9 pm as a courtesy to the neighbors.
