The view is great from this place but you’ll miss sunsets and sunrises due to the direction the balcony faces. The location is convenient to airport and restaurants/beaches. Good central point. Wasn’t as updated as I expecting, isn’t any more private than a typical apartment building, and is very noisy when there is windy weather. At the price point of this location I feel like a resort would’ve been a better use of my money.

This vacation was extremely overdue for my husband and I. We have waited 3 years to get away and wanted the perfect location - what could be better than Maui. The goal was to rest, reconnect, get off electronics and work, and most importantly relax. I spent days researching places to stay . We had not stayed in Kihei and wanted to try. The beach is gorgeous. You can literally walk for miles. There’s an ABC Store , shaved ice, Farmers Market and bakery about a 10 min walk from condo . A little further down there’s a Safeway , Starbucks and other stores . I needed to do virtual urgent care on the trip and Longs Pharmacy is also about a 10 mins drive if you forget a prescription at home . If you don’t have a car, I utilized Instacart to pre order groceries so they would be ready after we checked in . They were delivered about an hour after we arrived . Target also will deliver same day for $9.99 if you forget anything . The view is amazing! Just book this place ! You won’t regret!

We just finished a wonderful stay at Malia’s property and definitely recommend staying here! Malia was super friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. The condo itself is in an unbeatable location with stunning views. We really appreciated that pictures and amenities were as described, the house was top-notch CLEAN upon arrival, and the bed (and even pull out for the kids) was very comfortable! Location was central to all activities on Maui and just north of Wailea where there’s fantastic restaurants and shopping. The building itself is older, but don’t let that at all deter you… the penthouse is completely renovated, updated and comfortable. We were also very impressed with the obvious love and care that is provided to this property via the daily groundskeepers. You don’t always know what you’re going to get with rentals, so we were pleasantly delighted to stay at a great, clean, wonderfully managed AirBNB. Will definitely come back! Mahalo, Malia!
