Great location! Great location! You have tram 0 and 1 right outside the apartment door and with these two you can go pretty much anywhere in Vienna. A short walk is the main train station where the airport train (we used S7) arrives and it was no problem to walk to the house with the luggage (we had lots of it!). Use the main road, don't follow Google Maps! The house is newly refurbished, so the kitchen and bathroom was pretty much brand new. Having a Nespresso machine was great! Even the hairdryer was top quality, my wife rarely likes other hairdryers. When entering the building for the first time, the keypad lights will be off. We had to spend a few minutes trying to figure out that the black thing on the wall with the NFC sign was actually the keypad too. The lights (and hence the numbers) will appear when you approach your hand. Just an FYI! The only negative thing I can think of would be the couch in the main room. It is best left as a couch, it is very uncomfortable as a bed.

This apartment is located in the third district of Vienna, Viertel Lanstraße. It is a perfect location, right next to the city centre and the Donau River. In the neighbourhood, you will find many different restaurants and cafes which you can choose according to your taste. Generally, the transport system in Vienna is comfortable so you can easily reach from point A to point B.
Moreover, there is a direct train from the airport to Wien Mitte (the nearest train station from the apartment) and vice versa, so it takes 10 minutes to walk to the apartment or 5 minutes using trams.
