Great place, convenient and very clean. Bonuses were the balcony with the sunset view over the lake, and courtyard pool and hot tub.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect and exactly what I needed. Beautiful view off the balcony, I was there for work so I appreciated the quiet surroundings. The condo was beautiful and cozy and I will most definitely look to book again. The only draw back for me is that my work is ever-changing and this place is non-refundable. I might only make that suggestion to allow for cancellation up to the day before so that I am able to come back! Thank you for being a great host!

We had a wonderful stay. Great space and location. There is a lot of traffic on Lake Havasu Ave, but remains pretty quiet inside. Condo is super clean and has everything you will need. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. Pool was clean and never too crowded. The community invited us to join multiple events/activities and answered any questions we had about the facility. Would love to stay again if available.
