Really enjoyed my stay with Anne. The room was perfect with a comfy bed and usable desk. The kitchen was great and the bathroom was kept sootless. Anne was very friendly and welcoming, providing local recommendations and helping me out with anything I needed.

The perfect place for a stay in Canterbury. The room is cosy, tidy and has anything one might need and the bathroom is clean and has a good shower. For anyone who wishes to cook during their stay, Anne also makes her well-equiped kitchen available for her guests. Anne herself is a super friendly host with a warm personality. She was very helpful in giving advice and recommendations about the city, but also nice to chat about other topics. Her add may seem too good to be true, but you can rest assured that it is as perfect as it seems.

Comfortable clean and friendly but too strong air freshners used in room triggered migraine headache and I had to leave earlier and lost one nights money.

anne was a great host. nice little room, sparkle clean close to everything you need or want to see. also plenty of parking on street.
