The location was amazing ! Living the local vibe was right up our alley , out of the busyness of Waikiki. The beach is stunning ! We felt like we were on the most beautiful coast on the island ! We walked the beach for miles as it’s 5 miles long ! The hiking nearby was amazing! We loved how easy it is to drive this across this island! Costco and Safeway are 12 minutes away ! The beach house kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful dishes and the cleaning supplies were endless ! We loved the 2 areas for outside sitting One is screened in off the master bedroom which we really enjoyed as it’s more sheltered . We were very happy overall ! Marie was amazing !

We stayed at Marie's place for 10 nights and could not be happier with our choice. In the past, our family of four would often split our time at a hotel and Airbnb but we decided to stay at Marie's place for our whole trip because it met all of our criteria. The location is steps away from Waimanalo beach and very private. The fact that this place has 3 bedrooms allowed our family to spread out rather than being cramped inside a hotel room or a smaller Airbnb. Marie's place is exactly as described and pictured. We were pleasantly surprise how many extras were included, rice and rice maker, coffee pods and various sweeteners, lots of cleaning supplies, hair dryers in every bathroom etc. We took advantage of the many beach chairs and boogie boards, and if you have young ones, there are a lot beach toys as well. Marie was very responsive when we communicated. We are grateful she allowed our family a late check out which allowed us to enjoy a full day at the beach before our flight.
