Amazing location on Waimanalo Beach. Spectacular views of the sun rise each morning. Very private lot, public beach access on outer fence but never felt interrupted by this. House is large and has many bedrooms/bathrooms. Kitchen is rather small for the space but has ample plates/bowls/silverware for any occasion. Many beds in loft area and private studio was nice. If you want to be on the beach away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki then this is the place for you. Kailua is also only 6 miles away to get supplies/groceries if you don’t fancy the market in waimanalo.

The location is precisely as described and pictures do no justice for how breathtaking the views are in person. Its truly an amazing place to stay, its spacious and comfortable for large parties. the host was very informative,accommodating, responds in a timely manner, very professional and knowledgeable about the island. The house is gated and plenty parking available,the private entrance to the beach was phenomenal and the hot tub was perfect for winding down.Check in was easy to follow and i would definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting.

Alan was great and communicated with me throughout the entire stay. The home is absolutely beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. This home is an absolute must for a large group and it is right on the beach.

Beautiful beachfront but BEWARE of the cleanliness! We arrived late on Sunday PM to a dirty home. Our call to the owner Gary was answered promptly that night. He told us that he would have his property manager call us in the AM. We received a call and Hudson came to replace a broken AC unit and confirmed the condition of the home. (Of which I have photos) He stated that they would review my documented and pictured issues and may have to hire a new cleaning crew. *Dirty bed linens with questionable blood on a bedspread and pillow. A very dirty pillowcase and blankets soiled (obviously unlaundered). *Dirty toilets with feces, urine and questionable vomit on the front and sides. *Patio doors, cupboard, appliance doors with hand prints and dirt. *Oven and microwave interiors coated with old food. *No smoke detectors. *Electrical outlet covers broken. *All floors were filthy with dirt and dead bugs. We found clipped fingernails near the bed in one bedroom-HORRID! *Door jams and windowsills were not wiped and had bugs and dust. *The patio door locks are broken with PVC pipes to keep them closed/this is disconcerting as there is no safe. We swept and vacuumed prior to the cleaning people arriving on Wednesday. After reviewing with Hudson what needed to be cleaned, the crew worked for four hours, after they departed we found one room and bathroom that was never cleaned! Hudson offered to have someone return the next day but after four hours wasted on Wednesday, another day spent sitting in a beach vacation home was not an option, this was my vacation with family. The discussion was mainly about how the plan for cleaning would be organized for the next renters. ( I actually do not care about this as we paid for 10 days and the house should have been cleaned and inspected before OUR rental! ($909X10 days) We utilized the bins for washing off our feet before entering and were very respectful of the property. All of the beach towels were laundered and folded by us prior to our departure. Garbage was gathered and removed. We followed directions for closing the home when we left. We certainly left it MUCH better than how we found it. This being said there is ample space for a large group and the kitchen is well furnished. Any negative comments that Alan (Mark is his real name) may have for me after this review should be questioned as he has already filed a review prior to this and I have seen his responses to other renters who have had experiences such as mine.
