Have you ever wondered why we're here in this world? We believe in the power of meaningful conversations to bring people together and make positive changes within ourselves and the world. While we may not have all the fancy amenities of a typical hotel, we're here with open ears to listen to your stories, sorrows, and dreams. We have rooms available for stay in both ground floor and first floor. You can meet other guests on your stay here with us and open your horizons with warm conversations. Our place raison d'etre is located 1 km away from Kazhakkoottam town and well connected by Kazhakkoottam - Menamkulam road. It is close to the heritage city of Trivandrum and also houses the largest IT Park of India. But inspite of that, it is secluded from the humdrums of madding rush of the crowds around. We've got two furry friends here as integral part of our crew - Poppy, our German Shepherd, and Millie, our Belgian Malinois. They have their own cozy kennels in a nice, secure fenced area. Don't be surprised if they bark when they see you, they're just being protective. But most of the time, they're actually pretty quiet and well-behaved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property that truly exceeded all expectations. Every corner seemed to be meticulously designed, creating an atmosphere that was both luxurious and inviting. Library area was a pure bliss. Hospitality was exceptional, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious too. Throughout my stay, I found the accomodations to be incredibly comfortable with all the amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious retreat. Will definitely visit again.

Overall, it's was a peaceful stay and staffs was so responsive and welcoming. It was a very peaceful place and felt safe. Loved the home cooked meals and food was so awesome. This Air bnb felt like home and they structured all the things very eloquently for guests. I recommend this place if you are looking for peaceful timeoff from busy world.
It was very pleasant stay. Didn’t expect such beautiful room. Felt like star hotel. Got warm welcome with fresh juice. Room was cleaned and nicely arranged. Breakfast was complimentary. Homely food. Overall was nice stay. Highly recommendable.

Our neighborhood is clean and green with a lazy vibe in our daily activities. We, the residents, don't believe in rat races or mad rushes. Trivandrum is a city with architectural and cultural heritage and that essence had steeped into our mental constitutions as well.
Staying at Kazhakkoottam, in our residential library, can give you different perspectives of living your lives. Away from the busy crowd, we hope you get your inner peace by spending a few days with us.
You can go for a heritage walk around Trivandrum's architectural splendors, visit Sri Padmanabhashwamy Temple, meet local people and be a part of cultural exchange, and experience the serene Menamkulam beach tucked away from the usual beach crowd.
