I stayed here with my friends and everything about the apartment was awesome. Felt like our own home and no disturbance or any other issues we faced. Will recommend definitely to anyone who is visiting kazhakootam or nearby places.

Highly recommended... Clean and comfortable stay .. A friendly host .. Almost everything you need for a home away from home .. Few minutes only from Kazhakkoottam/Technopark.. and beaches .. I just had very peaceful days at this place ..there was nothing to complain .. the host was always reachable. Just 5 stars and I would stay at the same place when I have to visit Kazhakkoottam again.

The stay was quite nice. It was easily accessible from Kazhakoottam jn. The host was very friendly and could contact him at any time. Worth every penny paid.

The stay was really good and the host was really helpfull in every ways. The apartment was clean and all the facilities was top notch. I hope i could get to stay here again for some other event when I'm in town.
