The stay was comfortable and as described. Both rooms had air conditioning, WiFi, water purification, electric kettle and a TV, all were well-maintained. Additionally, a washing machine is available (although we didn't use it). For parking large SUVs, you may need a little assistance.

Our family's stay at Greenfield was superb! Seamless communication, clear cut direction on how to reach the place were provided(with detailed explanation along with the maps). All of the communication was done with 2 phone calls; even that was not necessary. Much less hassle compared to others. Property(2BHK - AC) has spotless and well-appointed space, and all the amenities like Wi-Fi, television, fridge, washing machine, microwave owen, induction stove, coffe pot were thoughtfully arranged by the host. The bedroom linen and bathroom towels were very clean. Bathrooms had hot water available all the time. The caretaker for the property, Mr.Suresh, was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this Greenfield for a delightful and memorable experience. No wonder they are super hosts at airbnb.

The stay was awesome. I liked the house furniture and the way they maintained it. Everything was good but they didn't provide toiletries and little beverages (tea/sugar) which I think most of the stay includes. otherwise it was good only.

I booked this place because it was very close to the Travancore International Convention Center, where I had some official work. The place was nice, cozy and clean. Everything mentioned in the description was available and working. The checkin was smooth. At Anoop's place, the care taker and security guard was very helpful. Overall, it was a nice and fair stay. I would love to stay at her place again.

Overall stay was good. Place was neat and clean. Caretaker was very supportive in guiding. Only concern was with the location. It was not easy to book a cab there. Apartment was little bit inside where cabs don’t come frequently.
