Karen was very accommodating to me and my friends who were scrambling to find a place for two nights after an uneventful experience at our first Airbnb. Very responsive and made sure the house was well kept. Would definitely come back and stay here again and highly recommend to others.

This was our second time at this property of Karen's. Just like last time we absolutely loved it. There's so much to do in the state park around the property and close enough to Hot Springs to still go do anything in the town you want on a whim. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well appointed with top of the line appliances. the beds are very comfortable and it has a gorgeous master bath. I can't emphasize how great of a host Karen is, she's very responsive and very accommodating.

Karen's place was perfect for our family getaway. Far enough away from the city to enjoy some peace and quiet but close enough to Hot Springs for fun and activities. Everything was provided for cooking, pots and pans and plenty of plates and cups. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Would highly recommend Karen's place anytime you are visiting Hot Springs.

It is in a beautiful area close to trails food and only about 20 minutes to beautiful Hot Springs!!! We will definitely be back

Karen’s place is clean, spacious, in a nice gated community, wildlife every where, quiet, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your space!
