Logement très bien situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre car la gare centrale est accessible à 5 minutes à pieds. Le centre historique de la Spezia est également à 5 minutes à pieds. Des places de stationnement sont disponibles dans la rue au prix de 0,5€/heure ce qui est très raisonnable (gratuit la nuit). Je recommande ce logement !

Homy's apartment is good for a short stay. It is very clean, but not very cozy. It is located near the railway station, which causes noise. The house is on a steep hill and allthogh the way from the railway station is not very long it is heavy to come there with luggage by foot. We had problems with the heating, but received immediately help from Julieta and could fix the problem right away.

Alloggio esattamente come descritto con stanze spaziose e luminose. Cucina e bagno ampiamente confortevoli e dotati di tutto il necessario. Host cordiale e disponibile per ogni domanda e puntuale in ogni indicazione. Consigliamo vivamente di alloggiare qui.

Davides Stadtwohnung ist schön und zentral gelegen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Bahnhof liegt direkt unter dem Haus, was einerseits praktisch ist, andererseits aber auch sehr laut. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

The apartment was as advertised, well furnished and very clean. We loved our stay. The train station was very close and everyday we traveled to different cities. The 62 steps to the apartment was challenging as we had large bags because we are traveling for 10 weeks with several weeks on a cruise ship. Just be aware. We would stay here again.
