Tolle Lage als Ausgangspunkt resp. Base Camp für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre oder in nach Pisa oder Lucca zu unternehmen. Alles vorhanden, um auch den Urlaub am Pool zu verbringen. Eigener Parkplatz in Lerici erleichtert Ausflüge an den Strand resp. in Restaurants in Lerici. La Spezia ist in rund 20 Min. mit dem Auto erreichbar (Ausflüge mit der Bahn, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Viele tolle Restaurants in kurzer Fahrdistanz. Schönes, gepflegtes und modernes Haus in dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Einmalige Aussicht von allen Zimmerfenstern, Sitzplatz und Balkon auf den Golfo dei Poeti. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und gut erreichbare Gastgeberin.

Sehr steile Straße, die nicht für jeden Autofahrer etwas ist. Haus, Anlage und natürlich der Blick waren grandios!

First of all Cristina is an amazing host. She replies within minutes with detailed information to any request. The house is located on a steep hill with amazing views. We were here in the second half of October and got unlucky with the weather. A lot of rain and strong wind with some sunshine here and there. It was still fairly warm. I can imagine it’s amazing in the summer with the pool overlooking Lerici and the sea. The house is great. It has everything we needed as a family of four and the balcony must be amazing when the weather is great. The drive up from the gate to top of the hill was … intense even after several times. I’m a very good driver but this really required all my skills with the rental car. Doable but worth keeping in mind. You’ll need a car to get around as otherwise you have to walk along the narrow roads. We stayed for a week and managed to squeeze in trips to Pisa, Florence, Porto Venere and Cinque Terre.

We had a lovely stay with our 4year old. The views alone are incredible. The kitchen is small but well stocked that we spent many nights cooking dinner and catching the sunset. The pool and tennis court are shared but we always had the pool to ourselves and again the views. The pool area is lovely and we had a blast. I will warn that the road leading up to the cottage is narrow with a few very tight and very high roads. We got stuck with a large SUV and making the trek up and down was not easy in a large SUV. There were some serious maneuvering. I just suggest smaller cars for those not keen on tight turns! The house is only about 20 minutes from Le Spezia where we caught the train a few times to cinque Terre. There was also some great beaches 10 minutes away!
