The house and rooms are really spacious and a large bathroom in each room. Beds are very comfortable. There is a desk that can be used to work in each room. There is not much around the close proximity of the house, but both An Bang beach and Old Town are a short Grab ride away. The kitchen is a little outdated and the appliances we didnt really dare to use.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Nam’s villa. Perfekt för 4 vänner med eget rum. 5 min bil till stan i Hoi An. Enkel att kommunicera med och hjälpte oss så vi kunde kolla fotboll i köket. Perfekt!

Fantastic, quiet villa. Stayed here for just a couple days, I can see myself spending a week here as a base. Nam is super helpful arranging a pickup/drop off to Da Nang airport. It’s on the outskirts of Old Town but that wasn’t an issue for us - it’s a 10min ride costing 40-70k VND on Grab.

It was a comfortable and terrific 8 days at Nam's villa with my family. Nam was a wonderfully helpful host. Modern and spacious interior with attached bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. We couldn't ask for more in terms of space and comfort. However, cleanliness could be improved; kitchen equipment (rice cooker and coffee machine were quite dirty), dusty floors and stains on curtains and towels. The exterior could use some maintenance such as repainting, trimming the plants in the garden and installing some lights in the pool and by the rear staircase, which was exposed to the elements. Room service was available upon request which included a change of bed sheets and towels. We didn't like any of the cafes in the location and the closest grocery store was minimally stocked (no rice, milk, bread, fresh meat and vegetables). Moonmilk in town was much better. The local market only sold pork and fish. It was convenient to travel by scooter and Grab into town which we did frequently.

Le logement était vraiment magnifique et très grand , plutôt bien situé également proche de la vieille ville et un grand marché juste à côté. L'hôte était très réactif et a essayé de nous aider de son mieux. La maison est très bien équipée avec machine a laver et sèche linge a disposition, en revanche plusieurs équipements de cuisine sont a changé (le cuiseur à riz et le airfryer ne fonctionnait pas). On doit dire qu'il y avait quand même beaucoup de poussière partout, sur tous les meubles ainsi que sur la vaisselle, le blender semblait sortir du grenier tant il était sale. En revanche les draps étaient propre et frais, les lits très confortables dans de belle grande chambres. Enfin pendant les jours de pluie nous aurions aimé avoir un canapé pour profiter de la TV mieux installée que sur des chaises, mais bon nous comprenons que la disposition de la cuisine ne s'y prête pas vraiment. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa
