HOUSE RULES:
1) NO TRESPASSING!! The area around the houses are neighbors back and front yards, not open forest so no "exploring" those areas, no sledding on neighbors driveways or sitting on neighbor's retaining walls. This includes the play structure out in front. NEIGHBORS WILL CALL THE POLICE.
2) NO PARTIES - This includes any outside guests not on reservation without permission.
3) No Smoking of any kind inside the house or on the upper deck. BE MINDFUL OF DRY SEASON AND THE POSSIBILITY OF STARTING A FIRE!
4) Pick up all garbage outside (including cigarette butts).
5) Be courteous to the neighbors. They live here 😊
6) Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
7) Dark Sky Ordinance: Close blinds at sunset/nighttime. At bedtime turn off front porch light, back porch lights, and outside. garage lights. The string lights are solar so no need to turn off.
8) Do not leave sliders open – squirrels like to come in and visit.
9) No ski boots in house.
10) NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING due to the snow plows and street sweepers. Your car will be towed.
