Thoroughly enjoyable break to our journey. Memories we take away our gorgeous playful lambs, a perfect rainbow and a remarkable sunset while we took a peaceful evening stroll. Thank you Liesl.
Liesl was the absolute best! We had very rainy weather and the dirt road to the cottage was too muddy to drive, so she assisted us with one of her other listings, the Glen. The Glen was very well equipped, nice details like hot water bottles since it was very cold, but we slept warm! Excellent communication and would highly recommend!

Nestled at the foot of the majestic Lootsberg Mountains lies the beautiful and historic farm Blaauwater which has been in the Kingwill family for generations. Merino sheep, known for their quality wool and mutton have been the "lifeblood" of the farm for more than 100 years.
The northern section of the wagonhouse (built in 1863) has been converted into stylish accommodation where the peace and tranquillity of the Karoo, magnificent views of the mountains and myriads of stars at night can be experienced.
Justin and Liesl, the 4th generation of Kingwills, invite you to revitalize your soul in this picturesque setting. Enjoy hiking or mountain biking up the old Lootsberg Pass. Meander around the farm yard or relax in the pretty garden under the shady trees.
