Living Room: couch that turns into a futon, accent chair, ottoman with storage and removable trays, a 42" smart TV with streaming apps, an electric fireplace for cooler seasons. Kitchen: stocked with all the essentials, a single serve coffeemaker, two bar stools at extended countertop, fold down dining table (perfect for eating or as a workspace), dishwasher, glass top stove, black stainless steel drop in sink, microwave, toaster oven, etc. Bedroom 1: queen sized memory foam mattress, closet for hanging clothes, small dresser with mirror. Bedroom 2: Official Marine Corps Bootcamp twin bunk beds with memory foam mattresses, large dresser, rods for hanging clothes. Bathroom: Spacious walk-in shower with river stone floor, rainfall shower head, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap, aloe vera, etc. Outside: Patio table and chairs, grill, 2 car parking in driveway, outdoor shed, partially fenced yard.
