Our sun-filled 4br + den has been given a lot of love & little touches. This dog-friendly home is Designer/Artist-owned, artistically filled with vintage pieces from tv shows we've worked on, and furniture we've curated. Fenced in yard in a beautiful, peaceful, safe, clean neighborhood surrounded by playgrounds, oak trees, and pocket parks. In the heart of Park Circle. My wife is a designer, and I’m an actor/director, and our home is a reflection of that. The home is filled with vintage pieces from tv shows I’ve worked on, and pieces she has curated over the years: Now Showing Marquee signs from HBO’s The Deuce set in the 70s and mid-century modern furniture from the 60s are coupled with modern technology. Sun-drenched, art-filled, opened concept living room with tons of seating, a massive very comfortable designer sectional sofa, & smart tv for social gathering, or the best movie nights. Inside, each bedroom has brand new mattresses, linens, and towels. We’re both painters so there is hand-painted art throughout. The dining room is perfect for dinners and game night, supplied with records, a record-player, and tons of board games. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom with a large soaking tub for baths by the window while you look at the Fall foliage, along with a walk-in closet. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have brand new queen-sized mattresses with ample closet space, & the 4th bedroom is equipped with a full-sized trundle that has an additional twin-sized mattress that can be rolled out from underneath, for additional sleeping needs. There are several tables to work from throughout the house if you’re looking for a WFH situation: In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there is a loft office-space with a desk for working if you prefer a clear divide between work & play. There's also a luxury futon here for additional sleeping. There is a screened-in porch at the back of the house for lovely indoor-outdoor meals. In our small quaint fenced-in backyard, we have fresh rosemary, rose bushes, sweet viburnums, and jasmine growing - you’re welcome to pick rosemary for any of your meals. There is a patio setup with a sectional sofa and multiple chairs - shaded in the summer by a Japanese Maple, and exposed to the sun in the cooler months, also lit by courtyard lighting for night time hangs outside. The yard is fenced-in if you’re bringing your pup. At the front of the house is a traditional front porch with rocking chairs, but we prefer the back since it’s on a cobble-stoned quiet block - the front is on a busier street. Our home is dog-friendly and we’re happy to supply your pup with some dog toys and even a couple different options for dog beds. If you’re bringing a baby, there are several rooms that have enough floor space for a pack n play, which we're also happy to provide. The downstairs of the house is equipped with gates to safeguard your little ones from getting up the stairs or into the kitchen during your stay.
