Fantastic stay at Derek's place. We were a stag party of 14, we had an absolute blast. The games and sports equipment meant there was always something fun to do, we could play music through the sound system, there was enough fridge space for plenty of food and drink. Would come back again for a similar group holiday/party.

Really great place for big groups. Myself and 11 friends hired Derek's place for a weekend, it's really affordable, he has lots of games and activities to play in the barn and the hot tub was a nice treat! Would use again for a large group!

Perfect for what we wanted - a big family get-together in unreliable weather, in a beautiful area. Kids were immediately happy and excited by the space (loads of space to run, play badminton, speed on scooters, play hide and seek...) and happy kids = happy adults. As the name tells you, it is a barn (so more quirky than luxury), but the pods are great (4 comfy beds and clean bathrooms in each one) and the lounge was super warm. Kitchen well kitted out for big group catering - nothing missing and it worked great for us. Thanks Derek for a great stay, and being a very friendly host.
