I had a mixed experience during my stay, but there were certainly some standout positives. First and foremost, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond by providing excellent local restaurant recommendations and proactively communicating to ensure I had no trouble navigating to the property. Their warm hospitality made a significant difference in my overall experience. The room itself had a few drawbacks. It was smaller than I anticipated, and the space felt a bit congested. Additionally, I noticed some pet hair on the blankets, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the availability of chargers in the room was a convenient touch that I appreciated. The bathroom was a highlight of my stay. It was impeccably clean, with fresh towels and high-quality soaps and conditioners. Adam’s room was perfect for my needs - A quick overnight and place to lay my head. The bed and room were clean and comfy and spotless. Quiet and convenient to downtown Tulsa. Great host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend

I had booked my stay a few weeks before my event. The day of my stay, Adam told me it would be him and two other men staying in the house, this was not originally in the booking information. I voiced I felt uncomfortable with that as I was traveling alone and was unsure of the layout of the house. Adam responded politely and showed me a layout of the house. But after that, he would read my messages and not reply promptly. Besides that, the bedroom and bathroom were nice. It’s a great place to stay for short travel time and have events in the downtown area as it’s a 5 minute drive.

Good spot for a quick weekend/few day stay. Adam is a good host. Bathroom could be a little cleaner and room had a smaller door so be wary of large suitcases. Would stay again though

This is a great value. My space was clean and everything was new or almost new. Bathroom has been renovated and was spotless. Sheets and bed was fresh. I’ll stay again.
