You absolutely cannot beat this location in Old Town Fort Collins. Second Floor loft in the heart of downtown…step out the door and you are seconds from everything! Relax on the balcony with views of the mountains and spectacular sunsets every evening. This two story loft is newly remodeled and has every amenity you could possibly want, but the best feature by far is the location! Free parking for two cars in the garage included. The loft has a main floor with high ceilings and an open concept living area with a huge kitchen for family meals. The second floor has two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has the access to the balcony with Mountain views along with a daybed for an additional sleeping space, plus a deck. The master bedroom has a large 5 piece en suite bathroom with Mountain views from the bathroom.

Great location, comfortable home. Easy to get anywhere in town and lots within an easy walking distance. Know that there are a lot of trains in the area! Denise was very helpful and responsive.

What an enjoyable spot for our stay in FoCo -- well appointed, and all the things we needed for an extended stay. And, the location?! Unbeatable for a wonderful Old Town experience _and_ with still-walkable access to the breweries out to the east a bit (New Belgium, Sweetwater, Odell). Also, Denise communicated well, kept us abreast of scheduled maintenance activities at the unit, etc. Thanks, Denise!

The loft was absolutely the best Air B&B I have stayed it. Spotless clean and furnished impeccably. I can’t rave enough on how spectacular this stay was. Additionally, The location was just what I was looking for walking distance to restaurants and breweries.

This place was great and exactly as described! Denise is very helpful and responds right away. The place was extremely clean and located in downtown. There are a flight of stairs to climb to get in and stairs to the rooms inside. However, that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great experience! Would love to come back when we’re in town.

Loft is located in charming Old Town, Ft. Collins. Walk out the door to restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, bike paths, walking paths and much more. Safe neighborhood with a college town vibe. There are bikes to rent for you to get around, especially if you’d like to get out on our amazing trail system, however everything you need in Old Town is within an easy walking distance to the loft.

出行信息

Walking and biking is easiest. Parking available on the streets of Old Town but can get busy during certain times of the day. Loft comes with 2 free parking spots in an underground parking garage. If you have more than two cars, you’ll need to either find a side street on which to park the third car or else one of the garages and the charge is $1 per hour. There is street parking but it is a 2 hour maximum and you will get a ticket if it’s left longer than that.
