Where do I start?! Andrea’s place was squeaky clean, spacious, light and sunny, well-furnished, and well-located - things that EVERY AirBnB should be! What makes it stand out is the pride with which Andrea offers his place to you. He is concerned about your comfort and your logistics. He is generous. He is ALWAYS available. As evidence of these things, let us say that Andrea messaged us everyday day to make sure we were OK and to ask if we needed anything. He met us when we arrived and proudly showed us around, including the generous basket of food he had for us - pasta, sauce, fresh basil, a crostata. And the fridge held butter, jellies, Nutella and water, the cabinets held coffees, teas, and hot chocolate! The apartment is in one of the most prestigious areas of Rome, quiet & away from the tourist areas; but all areas are easily accessible. In Parioli we lived like Romans & only felt like tourists when went sightseeing. Andrea and his apartment are very special & we will return!!

Sicuramente il costo è impegnativo, ma in linea con il mercato e con i servizi compresi. Molto bello essere stati coccolati da piccole cose, come acqua fresca, pane e altro che ci hanno reso ancora più piacevole il soggiorno A presto

Andrea was a great host.The apartment is spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. On the first floor, with a lift if needed for luggage. Andrea was very responsive and answered any communication promptly. He kindly left us some lovely pastries and some supplies for breakfast (coffee, bread, butter, jam etc) His apartment is in a good, safe neighbourhood. We had rented a car for onward travel, and even though in Rome, we always managed to find a spot nearby (although it might have required a trip around the block or so). We walked (short walk) to the metro to get down to the central area and on another occasion walked down and back through the Villa Borghese gardens, which was a great walk. We would recommend his place.

Everything was as expected. Nice, friendly and caring host . Clean house with Everything that you need available. Parking was a little bit of a fass but you will manage...
