The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor of our house and offer complete privacy for your stay. Front door is shared access but you will have a key so you can come and go as you please. No stag/hen parties. EV Charger available with drive to park on. Stylish attic conversion in a detached Victorian house boasting stunning Liverpool skyline view. 2 large bedrooms and a private bathroom on the top floor of the house which gives you total privacy for your stay. Ideal for families or couples visiting together. Located in New Brighton, just a 3 minute walk to the UK’s longest promenade, a 10 minute walk to the stylish Victorian Quarter. Ideal location for water-sports, golf, cyclists, ramblers and Easy access to Liverpool city centre for short city breaks.

Have stayed previously - still a fab place to stay - clean, very comfortable, quiet, private with lovely hosts and a location that is peaceful but handy for New Brighton and Liverpool. 5 minutes from nice walks on the promenade. Also a lovely view of the Liverpool skyline from the room.

Can't fault this at all. Lovely family, lovely house. Spotless, classy and very private. Very accommodating and flexible. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Brilliant place and people. Will definitely come back. 😊

We are located on a residential street with lots of on street parking however our driveway will be yours throughout your stay.
There are two lovely pubs less than a 5 minute walk away. The Magazine, known for its ales & The Pilot boat known for its lovely pub food. Both located close to the promenade.
On Seabank Road, within walking distance there are a variety of eateries, takeaways and convenience stores to suit everyone’s needs.
New Brighton Train Station, part of the Mersey-rail network, is less than a mile away. This provides links to Liverpool & Chester and further afield if required.
Seacombe Ferry is only a 1.5 mile walk along the prom, providing ferry links to Liverpool & Birkenhead.
Local busses available from the top of the road (Seabank) for links to local areas and further afield if required.
