Leiligheten ligger svært sentralt til på St. Hanshaugen ved St. Hanshaugen park. Her har du tilgang til alt du måtte trenge rett utenfor døren din. Det er umiddelbar nærhet til utallige butikker, kafeer, restauranter og utesteder samt døgnåpen 7/11, Rema, Kiwi og Joker. Svært god tilgang til offentlig kommunikasjon (trikk, t-bane og buss). Få minutters gange til Bislett Leiligheten vender inn mot stille Ullevålsveien og forbauset hyggelig bakgård og har derfor en svært rolig beliggenhet ”midt i smørøyet”.
