Emma’s place is restful, peaceful and so lovely. She even provided breakfast for us. I highly recommend staying there. Emma herself is a delightful person who is friendly and eager to share her knowledge of the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Emma was a great host and the two rooms were exactly as described. The location was great for exploring the Jurassic Coast, and Emma had great local recommendations as well.

Emma and her family were amazing hosts!! Emma went above and beyond, we said we were planning to get fish and chips and Emma sent me the link to the best one in the area. The rooms were both lovely, super cosy with some really nice accessories. All the beds were comfy. The showers were both great really powerful. The rooms were stocked really nicely and we enjoyed the complimentary teas and coffees and snacks. Then the lovely addition of breakfast in the morning brought up by Emma's little helpers!!! Really really great stay will definitely be coming back!! Thank you all xx

As regular visitors to Seaton and the surrounding area, Emma's home is ideally located. We had two en-suite bedrooms on the top floor, each with its own lockable door, joined by a private hall behind a door. The rooms were clean, bright and airy, with good facilities and decent wifi reception. We had access to a microwave, plates, and cutlery, making it ideal for a takeway. Emma welcomed us on our arrival and recommended some places to eat, one of which we used. Although breakfast wasn't included, Emma asked if we'd like any fruit and left us some bananas, apples, and even Kitkats. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in the area and need a base to explore from - I'd rather stay here and travel to places like Exeter than stay in Exeter itself as it's so nice.
