Can’t say enough about how great the stay was. I made a mistake and didn’t read my bookings dates. It got sorted out in less than 20 mins, got to stay put even though I made a mistake.

Debbie was great. She responded quickly to all messages. When there was an issue the first day they came over to fix it right away. She also allowed us to have an early check in which helped our transition greatly. They had everything we needed to be able to stay while waiting on our move, including kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom items. It was a good stay. However in this specific unit there is a water softer for all 4 and it is extremely loud when it runs. It kept us up till 1:30am one night. She set up a plumber right away but people came 3 times that day and I spent a good amount of my day being there to get it fixed. One other warning for the space is that there is a large exit sign above a back door in the bedroom. If you are like me and my husband who sleep with no lights on then you will want to bring an eye mask because it is bright and directed at the bed. We had to buy eye masks a few days in to our stay.
