Elegante e spazioso appartamento con piscina Jacuzzi nel centro storico della cittá in una posizione unica e perfetta vicino a tutto. L'appartamento è nuovo e accessoriato con riscaldamento e aria condizionata. Un esclusivo spazio esterno dove vi potete rilassare nell'acqua calda della piscina jacuzzi e dove é possibile mangiare all'aperto. Ambiente molto tranquillo e silenzioso , la strada è pedonale senza traffico di automobili. il parcheggio si trova vicino a 200 metri. L' appartamento è composto da un ampia camera matrimoniale con letto king size 160x200 e guardaroba. La cucina è moderna ed accessoriata con elettrodomestici di nuova generazione , dalla confortevole area living con ampio divano e smart tv si accede all'esclusivo spazio esterno dove è presente una Jacuzzi riscaldata e un tavolo con sedie. È presente anche un vano lavanderia.

This was the best airbnb!! Perfect area, lots of cute shops, restaurants, cafes and gelato within walking distance! Very clean, cute inside! The hot tub was fabulous! 10/10 would recommend! We will stay here again!

this place is picturesque. wonderfully modern and stunning to look at. however there were some issues. the water is not very hot, the heaters wouldn't turn on, the hot tub was not nearly warm enough, and the internet was out the entire stay. we will stay here again next visit as long as we confirm everything is working beforehand. the space is wonderful, the patio in the back is private and secluded, and it's very safe space nce you have to pass through two thick and secure gates. the shared garden in the front is lovely as well and the area is quiet, but as soon as you leave the two gates, you're right in the middle of a very busy area and most popular attractions are within 15 minute walk. special praise to the gorgeous ceiling 😍 and the host even left us a bottle of chianti. very responsive and hospitable. ps not the hosts fault but the neighbors were angry that we were using the hot tub at 9 pm. we were talking quietly but the sound of the bubbles must have been too loud.

la strada è pedonale senza il traffico delle automobili , a piedi si può raggiungere tutto con molta comodità.
il parcheggio a pagamento si trova a 200 metri dall'appartamento
