Patrick was a great host, very responsive. The house is lovely and has everything that a big family needs. Loved the fence in backyard for our little pooch. Location is great, very walkable.

This was an amazing location to all the activities we were attending in the area. Beautiful area and a great neighborhood. We would recommend this location to anyone traveling to the area.

This is a great beach house in a fantastic location-easy walk to the beach, the bay, and incredible restaurants. (We loved Sofia’s.) The home had everything we needed-clean, spacious kitchen, which was well stocked, cozy bedrooms, and comfortable living and dining rooms. We especially appreciated the fenced back yard for our dogs. We hope to be back!

Awesome house a short walk from the beach + everything else. Super quiet street and chill atmosphere. The house is very nice and well kept, and is stocked with everything you may need.

This was a really clean and comfortable home. It has an awesome kitchen with a large island and everything you need for family meals. The full open floor plan of kitchen/ dining and living area makes it a great gathering place for family and friends. Patrick our host was responsive, helpful and accommodating. We saw a concert in AC and the location was close by but offered so many additional options for dining and entertainment. We truly hope to stay here again.
