This was the worst experience I have ever had using AIRBNB, after years of using AIRBNB in many countries around the world. I was scammed by the host Leo. The place where I had to stay was not the apartment that was described in the listing. The room was a windowless changing room of a beach club, claustrophobic, hot and humid, smelled of cigarettes, with a small air conditioner that did not work properly. There was an automatic light that did not go out all night & no switch to turn it off. A nightmare situation and I barely slept the entire night. Also, the lock on the door did function properly, and I was locked in the room for 45 minutes, sweating while trying to escape. An absolute nightmare of a stay! The host Leo gave terrible directions. I called him repeatedly and sent repeated emails and messages to the host, who did not respond to me the entire time I was there. Avoid this listing and host!
