自我介绍

Born Malaysia, taught to cook food by my mum at the age of 6. I am in love with food. Having lived in Paris and travelled the world as part of my job, I have the luck to have eaten and drunk almsot everything you can imagine. The restuarant to which your rooms are connect is Hotel El Sol Morrillo's Restaurant called El Sol Bistro Restaurant where we present the culmination of all my gastronomic travels: Thai, Chinese, Taiwnese, Indian, Italian, French, International bistrot & street food. I make my own bread and we grow our own herbs, some salads, duck, chicken and eggs. Here you will re discover the true meaning of taste and quality of real food, lost over time due to industrial farming and the need to make a buck. I am a gourmet, and will try to fulllfill your deepest gastronomic desires. I play guitar and sing and often we put the karaoke machine on sing into the night. I have a guitar reserved for guests that wish to play. Above all I have the sense of asiatic hospitality which I hope I can share with you. See you soon. Mike
