Pretty clean and check in process was really easy. Glad we were able to find a place for decent price that allowed for pets! Very close and convienet from wedding venue we were attending. One thing I would recommended is having curtains on all of the windows in the common areas and entry way doors, just so there is more privacy and feeling more safe. Overall was a good stay!

This is a great home located in central Kerrville that I highly recommend. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house is warm and welcoming. The property manager, Eddie, is very responsive and friendly. He was a great help to me while I was there. The property was clean and looked better than it does on the listing photos. The neighborhood is a very safe and quiet place. The house is a very charming Craftsman style home with a lot of neat rooms and hallways. This is a perfect place to stay for attending any events in Kerrville since it's centrally located. For example, I was able to make it to my sister's wedding rehearsal at a downtown restaurant in 4 minutes. It only takes 10 minutes to make it out to Sedaris Springs where my sister held her wedding. I hope to make it back here someday! Additionally, if you're lucky, you will meet Momma Cat. She is a gorgeous and friendly calico cat. But don't steal her! She is well loved by her owner, the next-door neighbor. Thanks for everything!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy and immaculate home. Check in/check out process easy as pie. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!
