Small apartment on edge of Guildford Centre. Convenient for a short stay. Needs maintenance. Host was very lovely and went out of his way for us.

This tiny little house located in the corner of the busy street. It’s conveniently close and easy accessible to all public amenities. So the fee is quite expensive. We liked staying at the house although there are times you don’t expect. Washer/Dryer has not been emptied. The clothes have not been removed so we even had to message the owner to tell any of his guest who were using it. The only things shared are laundry, backyard, and driveway parking. Other than that you have your own access to the suite seperately. I believe there are three suites in the unit. Two in the lower ground and one in the upper. So the noise can be heard sometimes. But all in all we enjoyed staying at the place. The host is great. He will address your concern right away. Thank you Prabhsimran!
