price is a bit steap for what you get here overall it meets your needs but it's lacking character and needs a bit of a face lift beds were comfortable and clean well stocked with toiletries and towels regular coffee maker and pod with a few pods sugar and sweetener etc however the sugar was full of ants 😬 but the house was generally clean the outside area was where it needs a good clean a previous guest must have left an chip dip bowl outside and it was full of cigarette butts and joint roaches overall this place isn't bad but for $700 for a weekend the price was pretty steep. small living room. three nice size bedrooms but nothing that should be in that price range personally, I feel like $500 for a weekend is more realistic

The house was clean. But I expected more from the yard and pool area and the entire neighborhood. One night I had three loud blasts sounded like right in the backyard - likely neighbor fireworks but I initially couldn’t tell if it was gun shots instead.
