Most beautiful place, definitely worth the stay and price! The host was more than helpful, easy to communicate with. Enjoyed every moment of it, made Leicester feel like I was back at home

I generally experience is okay. The landlord is professional and responsive. Location of the place is very good, close to the museum. But there are also few drawbacks of the place itself. The head of the bed in the bedroom is quite close to the entrance of the whole building, and there were people constantly coming in and out during night, while the sound proving was not working very well. So I had to wake up frequently during the night. Additionally, the bedding and cleaning essentials looks quite old, and crinkled, which can be improved. The communication with the landlord is quite pleasing, Jan also let me store my luggage for extra time after I checked out

The apartment wasn't too bad..... The shower did not work -- 1st reported at 8am and then again 08:15, no response from the host until after midday (and after we had checked-out). This was quite an inconvenience not being able to wash..!! The apartment wasn't very comfortable, with the position of the Tv/couch or the bed. Not a great experience.
