Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by. Our home has 2 bedrooms (each with a king size bed), 1 bathroom, and is newly updated. It is bright with ample natural lighting throughout, as well as comfortable and clean. The living room and kitchen are an open concept layout and provide a spacious feel. The backyard has garden lights and a table/umbrella combo for outdoor dining and hanging out. For full transparency, there is a newly renovated “cottage” located in back of our home. It is possible that it will be rented out/occupied by other guests during your stay. The Garden House and The Cottage each have their own entrance and yard separated by a wooden fence for privacy. Guests of The Garden House should not enter the other yard and vice versa.
