The location is great and within close proximity to food establishments and amenities. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Suitable apartment for family with children. Netflix available to keep the kids busy but need sometimes to navigate the login. Host was very helpful when we encountered problem with logging in to Netflix. Living, master and 2nd bedroom come with Aircon. 3rd bedroom is with ceiling fan. Huge swimming pools for the kids. Eateries and supermarkets surrounding the apartment however the back gate was closed and you’ll have to make a loop around the apartment to access the shops behind. We were given 2keycards but only 1 set of physical keys so need to manage if we need to go out while someone is staying behind. Otherwise it’s ok. With young kids the balcony was my concern as it can be easily open by my young ones. I’ll feel safer with a key lock or invisible grill.

Comfortable and clean place. Will definitely come back to stay if visit Desaru again.

The place was great exceot that the master bedroom has strong smell of cigeratte smoke. They were nice enough to allow us to bring mattress to the living and sleep there.
