The villa is homely and beautiful. Situated it a residential area, it’s a corner property which gives privacy. The pool is not private but near to the property. Furniture and decor are on point and kitchen has all the necessary amenities. Loved the aesthetics!! The two proper bed rooms were great; The only thing that was kind of not so great was the third small room (2 single beds). The room had no ceiling fan and it was practically impossible to get any fresh air as there no windows on the outside. Air conditioning for this room is right on your head, which makes it a bit uneasy and the bedding (only for this room) was very hard, making it impossible for us to sleep. Incidentally 2 of our companions left the next day so we took the other room and left the third room unoccupied. So yeah, as a 2 bhk, the property is simply amazing, if you don’t use the third room.

This was a great find. My family and I really enjoyed the Villa. It was exactly as shown in the pictures -- very beautiful. Diva & Nikhil were very responsive whenever we had any queries and requests. Location is in a peaceful area, not far away from good restaurants and beaches. The only issue we faced during our stay was intermittent powercuts -- but that was because of the work undertaken by the electricity board, and enrire area was getting affected. I recommend this place for people wanting to stay in a quiet and beautiful place in Goa.

We were a group of six visiting from Germany and had a great stay at diva and nikhils place. Their apartment was fully equipped, well designed and had everything we needed along with a comfy bed. Their onsite care taker Sujan also provided excellent help. 100%recommendation
