From the moment we opened the door our family felt comfortable, cozy, and location was phenomenal. We so enjoyed the local excursions, fresh seafood in many of the local restaurants, fishing, and bike riding to town. The level of detail provided in the home along with impeccable cleanliness is by far the highlights of this property and can’t wait to visit again!

Great location and beautiful home! Kathryn communicated very well and was an excellent host. She provides bikes and kayaks, beach towels, snacks and coffee…just bring your clothes! Highly recommend!!

We loved staying here, it has to be one of if not the best airbnb I have stayed in. Kathryn has thought of everything you will need, the kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. The patio was a great place to relax in the morning and even spotted a few dolphins in the canal. We used the kayaks one morning but there was so much to see and do around crystal river that we didn’t get the chance to use them again.

The place was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. As soon as we walked in the door, we knew we were going to love this place. It exceeded our expectations. The area was peaceful and serene and you’re close to trails/preserves/parks. Kathryn and Victor not only had a great condo but also made the experience extra enjoyable by providing bikes and kayaks to explore the surroundings. We’d highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Crystal River!
