We loved the place because our boat was able to stay right on the water and they had plenty of kayak and a canoe for the family to go down the river together. They have shuffle board in the backyard and a little put put course in the front yard. However the internet went out the 2nd day we were there and took 2 days to get restored. There was a dead roach behind the cable box and lots of dog hair and dust on the lights. The bunk beds are noisy and very uncomfortable. The washing machine is extremely loud also. The trim around the fireplace floor is not safe for anyone to be barefoot as it can cut you due to not being secure. Otherwise we had a great time at the home.

We loved our stay in Crystal River. The house is very comfortable and had lots of amenities and things to do to entertain our family. The location is great and close to the activities we were doing (Crystal River Manatee watching). We enjoyed the dock at the property, riding the kayaks, bikes and playing in the mini golf (so many things to do in the property). Thank you for a beautiful stay and we look forward to stay here again.

This home had everything we needed. We just brought our clothes and food. We felt at home here. Quiet neighborhood with its own dock at the end of a canal so we were able to keep our boat in the water. Very clean and host responded promptly when we asked for local boat ramp. We will stay again.

We'll definitely be returning! If you have kids and are looking for a place in Crystal River, you need to stay here. Lots of stuff for kids to do (games, movies, canoeing ) I was worried at first because it was advertised a Pet Friendly. However, you'd would never know a pet even stepped foot In this house. It's probably one of the cleanest places I've ever booked through Airbnb. Short drive to places to eat. Great location!

This home fit our needs and the hosts were great to work with. The home is a little outdated in some areas and could use some sprucing up to be back to the quality shown in the pictures. Overall, our stay was good and due to the weather we did not have a chance to be outside much.
