Location was perfect, on the water and close to everything. There was a TV in every room. Spacious yet cozy. We saw manatee and a dolphin from the dock. lots of turtles too. We liked the fact that the pullout couch had its own room so people were not in a living space. There were 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards available. The guest that stayed with us were all impressed.

My family had a wonderful trip staying in this house. It was very quiet and beautiful being on the water. It’s not her fault, but there were a lot of no-see-um’s that gave us tons of bites in the evening especially. At least once daily, there was a manatee in the area behind the house, which was awesome. This year the water was not as clear as it typically is, but hopefully with our next visit, it will clear up once some new seagrass grows when the weather gets warmer. The house is clean and pretty, everything worked properly. I gave a fork for communication because I tried to communicate through the app and there was not a response for hours, but once I called her, she was very helpful and told me to call in the future for communication. I would definitely stay at this house again. It is a great vacation.

Beautiful home in a great location for activities via land and water. The kids enjoyed the dock and the house has kayaks and paddle boards for use. We paddled out to Kings Bay every day, sometimes more than once. Lots of wildlife to enjoy. We rented a pontoon boat one day and it was easy to pull up to the dock and pick everyone up. The home was clean and not overly cluttered with decor. Lots of storage/closet space in each room. We will definitely be back next year!

Perfect location for manatee viewing and enjoying Crystal River! So close to town by car and to the bay area by water! The listing didn't say, but the home has two kayaks and two paddleboards to use. Couple that with the two kayaks we brought with us, we were able to all get out and enjoy the area. We even paddled out to the Three Sisters area where the manatees were congregated. The water off the dock was hard to see into unless the sun was out, but we did see some manatee there, too. The property was large and comfortable for the seven of us. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans to use. There was a coffee pot and a Kuerig, but make sure you have the supplies you need. Very little as far as spices either. Showers had no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Only provided hand soap at the sinks. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bedding and towels available. Michelle was attentive and pleasant between managing several homes. This was just what our family needed!
